We believe in the power of spaces. Do organizations still need places? Or does it matter where we work? For over 15 years we have been working on the design of new workplace concepts. From managing the brief through strategical approach, corporate identity, change management and handling resources till final execution.

Costume & Set Design

We shape the stage as room for experiment. About how to keep meanings in flux and creating images with the unexpected. We look for concept associations trying to assign materials to certain circumstances: Initial ideas are materially translated. The focus of our work is the creation of different pictures and atmospheres. The way the set is used by the actors during rehearsals is an important part of the process creation.

Art Mediation & Design Process

We mediate art facilitating connection & empowerment. Through installations, workshops and group dynamics we bring people together overcoming cultural, physical, gender and faith barriers.

We understand design as tool for change. Design is an action that intervenes in the lived environment, it carries responsibility regarding a simple but fundamental question: "In which world do we want to live?" In an increasingly complex world, the design process is thus both an essential tool for control and self-determination, as well as a crucial component for decision-making in our actions and coexistence.
